Noob here, where to start?

Hello, I discovered that I like computer science like 1 year ago, I joined a 2 year course here in Spain that will let me get a job as a computer technician/network administrator/system administrator...
What we are learning in this course (which is not a CS uni degree, I suck at maths and too much time, I need income ASAP) is:
System administration (I am learning Linux and Windows)
Some programming (Python)
Web dev (HTML5 CSS3, not javascript, but I am learning it on my free time)
Networking (routing and switching)
Very basic database administration with MS access and SQL.
Hardware basics.

Main question: Where do I start if I want to start making money online using blackhat techniques? Should I go fully into learning programming? I want to create bots and sell them or use them to make me like 500 dollars per month or something.

I have nothing... No Domains, 100 dollar budget...

If you want to learn blackhat methods for making money online, browse the forum, there are many guides, you don't need to know programming for that.

With programming bots, it depends on what kind of bots you want to make. Simple proxy spam bots can be made with simple scripting languages, like Perl (I prefer Perl to Python).
For bots for botnets, to do click fraud or massive mail spam etc. learn C/C++.
If you can't be bothered to learn C/C++ just find people willing to pay for you to write bots, and then go on fiverr or something and find Chinese or Indian people who will code for cheap and get them to do it, so you just act as a broker.
Otherwise C/C++ are the only languages I find worth knowing.
With scripting languages like Perl or PHP etc. I find that if you can code in one you can pretty much code in any of them since they're all essentially the same.

yes, but you are not the first that do this. most CPA already have their own way to detect this
and even if it's working, it's short term.
