Do you mean articles of a medium length? You can put Amazon affiliate links on articles of any length. You probably will rank better with longer articles but you can still put Amazon affiliate links into your articles long or short.

Yes, you can, but it really depends on the niche on medium, do they really have something like that? And honestly who will stop you, but I have never seen any amazon links in medium articles entirely anyway for many reasons clearly.
