Any Advice About My Android App

I started an android App Back in FEB and it's growing slowly and getting good ranks each day ( i got it from #147 to #37, my goal is to rank it at least #10 or why not #1. I have competitors that have 1million installs and a lot of reviews , the person ranking in #10 got 50k+ installs and 4k reviews and me i only have 23 reviews and 1k+ installs. Any Advice Would be appreciated! I also want to know how i can see a volume of a specific keyword on google play? I also don't earn much with admob because i'm using a banner.. do u think should i use admob interstitial ads?

I'm already buying them but sending them slowly because i'm scared to send fast installs and lose my rankings or that don't affect rankings at all?

If you app solves a problem or it's about passion do some ad campaigns. Try to contact facebook groups and advertise on it then you'll get real installs and lots of reviews. Have you built this app yourself?

It's my first app , no i hired a freelancer to make the app for me since i don't know shit about app development ( thank god the indians have more knowledge in this ) The app is basically boring because it let users earn money and at the same time the money they make i make a % from it ( not from the ads) but from affiliate.The big problem i'm finding is with the banner from admob it don't make a cent so i wonder if admob interstitial ads can make me some money

first you have to use Interstial ads for sure . try to limit ads by time in admob to avoid limitation
if you want to see volume searsh for key word in google play use ( appanni / sensertower / 42metters / google planner )
if you are buying X amount of installs/day try to rise the numbers a bit
also you can push your app with an update
translate title and discription to all most all language

Around .3 sometimes it go high to .4+ but i'm looking to stop it and i'm contacting a network so i can advertise my app and it seem low price ( not going to use keyword installs etc) a reason why i'm scared to use thoes installs and fake installs and then get fucked by google and i don't want that to happend.
