no this is a lie. There isn’t anyone that has a ‘greater chance of catching it’. Schools are only open for those children who have parents with essential roles in the NHS. You sound misinformed.
Nope. Schools are open to all Keyworkers. Which is most of the people who send children to school has nothing to do with the NHS. It's to keep all services going.
Children in school are to keep at distance from each other but the majority of children there DO have parents who are considered to be "front line" workers if they are not isolating from families and then the children mix with them and then go to school what do you think is going to happen? You have more children in a smaller area but larger groups of them all who have parents on the front line in what is effectively day care with a larger % that may have been exposed to it all confined to one area.
The support staff and teachers in that school are on rosters but then interact with those children and then go back home.
Mybae greater chance is the wrong word. But they maybe have a greater chance of being exposed compared to say my children.
