United Kingdom Is Now On A Lockdown

Better late than screwed up. Right?

It seems not all think that way.

There was a street party in Bradford yesterday, reported on Facebook.

FB just 24hr banned me for my reply; fucking inbred mongs

To be fair to Trump he is a business man first (rate him or not) he's treating it like a business. He can see the effect it's going to have long term and what's coming in wake of the virus that coupled with Americas debt Id want to be up and running and getting things back to normal ASAP as well. Just my opinion.

Like most id like this to be over ASAP. The longer it goes on the longer its going to take to recover.

I think someone has already mentioned it's going to be a nice shift for businesses and staff remote working. Look at all the home fitness events going on and live streaming if I was a gym goer and got used to training at home for free Id be looking to cancel my membership there's going to be some hard times ahead both during and after as well as shifts in habits and needs. Times ahead are going to be interesting to say the least..

No, I get it. Almost everyone is losing money right now. The effects of this virus will be felt for years. I understand the mentality as a businessman myself, but it's unreasonable to think we can get back to business as usual by Easter. The virus will be at it's peak by then. We can't put business above people's lives, which is basically what he's saying.

I don't want this to go down the path of politics, so I'll just leave it as that. Keep safe everyone!

Totally agree. That's why I tried to word my reply in a non-political manner ;)

I think with America it's different as every state is at a different stage? I've not looked much into it only the general over view SO I'm happy to be wrong.

But to get a country wide grip on that is going to take one massive effort regardless of who or what is in charge. I think out of all the places America is going to have the biggest headache clearing it all up and getting back on track.

Latest from the UK - Prince Charles tests positive for the virus.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-52033845

He is reported to have displayed 'mild symptoms' on Sunday and was tested on Monday.
I suppose that he got testing priority - but others with 'mild symptoms' are simply being told to stay at home.

Dunno half my street is out cleaning cars... Could MAYBE understand if it was a quick anti-bac on door handle or something but no.. some full blown waxing and polishing going on.

UK has no chance.

Prince Albert from Monaco is in the same situation, but we will see in the next weeks that all will be ok and with Prince Charles and with Prince Albert.

Corona Virus is very dangerous just for normal persons with red blood... for all with blue blood isn't a problem even if they have more than 70 years...
