I wouldn't call the company CoronaVirus or anything close. If you are going to sell T-shirts, give the company a slick hip name like:

Ferocious Tees
No Caps
Gaslight Clothing

Something that will stick with your target market.

I am unfamiliar with what "negative" PR is.. any PR should do

The trademark is already taken by an Ohio company called Coronavirus LLC. Even if the corporate/trade name is available in your state, you would only be able to use the name on bank/tax paperwork.
