I don't know if this applies, and yes, this is long, so that I will use paragraphs.

I had a boss that I worked for in a state facility, and his name was Bobby A., and this is when a superstorm Sandy took place. I was per diem at the time, but a lot of people lost their houses and power. Bobby had a meeting with all of us and said: " You can use your state ID to go in front of the line of the gas stations." He also stated, " Only go as far as your morals will allow you too."

I didn't feel comfortable doing it as I was not better than anyone else, but what I am trying to say is that @SMMnet, why do it if you don't need to do it? In the end, if it was a matter of survival, I get it, but to FK over people is not a way to start a business. Again, you have to answer that question for yourself as no one here on the forum can do that.

Intentions of the new LLC would not be to screw anyone. But take advantage (if any) of creating a company after the viral disease. Nice response, but not sure if it helped determine a yes or no :D
