Could someone perhaps help me out?

Lmao people upload due videos and expect to have thousansds of views and subs.
Sorry for being lame but it will take time, consistency and good content.
Some luck too.
You can boost with some self made high retention view and social share, but content and time to increase channel authority is key

There is no shortcut to success unfortunately. It takes time. Make 6-7 more videos and you will see. These kinda channels are really popular these days. I saw channels going from 10k to 200k subs in just a few weeks. Focus on story telling
Thanks man! Appreciate it. I have decided not to delete but postpone my videos for a bit. Need to make sure what I’m making is high quality.

I agree. The only reason I posted it here was that I was worried that something was wrong. After all I was getting 0 views. I was expecting at least 1.

Hi, a slight update from me!
I think I've got to a point where I realized maybe this might not be my niche/area.
I've pushed myself over the last year trying to do YouTube because of some dude named ChaseNamic who was making $100k a month without making any videos and I guess I fell for that.
I've been making videos for some time now across a couple of channels and have given up after making 2 videos. I think I've realized that maybe to succeed you need more than just monetary motivation, you need to enjoy doing what you are doing and for some reason, I haven't felt that way despite really enjoying the topics I talk about. Anyways though, thanks for the help, I'll probably move onto something else.
Don't give up! The reason your previous attempts have failed is because you've given up before you've even really tried. Repeating the same behaviour will only achieve the same results.

Keep making videos and put them out consistently, your niche is interesting enough that you can definitely bank from this if you build up a fan base. Worry about making money later, for now just focus on getting videos out, promoting your channel and getting a subscriber base. It will take time but it will be worth it if you put in the effort.

you seem to have lost motivation already. Wow, thats not how life works. Even if no one boosts your confidence you need to believe in yourself and what you do. MOst successful people (not just youtubers) started from nothing and were knocked down many times when they started but they didnt give up. If you got a thousand views on your first day of your first video, im sure you wouldnt feel demotivated.
keep going. if you feel strongly to change niche then do so but dont change simply because you think you are not getting views now on your current niche. It takes time. Goodluck.

Nice videos!

There's some tools out there that will help you come up with good titles and descriptions for your videos.

I've used a few and they seemed to help. Youtube is a lot like google as in it's similar to a search engine. Optimize your videos correctly and have catchy thumbnails you should get a good amount of views.

Good luck with your channel. Just subbed!

thanks folks, I defs won't quit but might postpone for a bit. I feel like I got other areas in life where I need to focus on first, then I'll make time for this.

thanks once again for the kind words.
