Is withdrawing money from a stealth paypal complicated? If it is, what methods do you use to withdraw money from a stealth paypal?

Are there any risks in transferring the money from the stealth account to your personal account?

You don't withdraw from stealth paypal. That's the point of it. You can pay yourself with it in disguide of another person through other services like Freelancer platform, donate, any selling platform online....
