Is withdrawing money from a stealth paypal hard?

Not that hard if you know what you are doing. There are many ways to withdraw like:

1) Send the money from your stealth paypal to your main paypal

2) Use exchange sites like paxful or localbitcoins to exchange it with BTC

3) There are also private exchangers who provides this service

4) Add VBA and VCC to your stealth account. Both of them should be accessible to you so you can send funds from VBA -> main bank account or withdraw from VCC directly.

For number 4 What VCC services that offer the withdraw option?
 
another good way to do it is to send funds from the stealth account to your real paypal account (assuming you have one)

Can receiving money into a legit PayPal harm the recipient's account? For example, can a private exchanger lose his account or money as a result of receiving from a stealth account?
 
Does anyone know what the method with payoneer for withdrawing is?

Maybe hes real paypal account got limited, plenty of legit reasons.

But how can I connect Paypal account with there services if the Paypal still not link to local bank account or visa card
