Spreading Myself Thin to Get to $10k/Month

Update
I feel like this is becoming a pretty common preamble, but I have not been getting as much done as I would've liked. Tomorrow I'm going to buckle down and get a lot of coding done. If I'm lucky, I might have a wireframe MVP done by tomorrow for the New SaaS. Also, if anyone is still reading this please let me know.

3. Digital Product
- Worked On Homepage Design
- Edited / Uploaded 5 Articles
Total Words: 9,077

4. Authority / Affiliate Site
- Edited / Uploaded 2 Articles, 1x4k Word, 1x1500 Word
- Ordered 2 Niche Edits for Homepage
- Got 2 articles revised because they weren't done according to my specifications. Updated and uploaded them.
Total Words: 29,703

6. 1 More SaaS Site
- Worked on optimizing google ads
-- I have a 6-7% CTR on my ads currently which is great, but of those only around 10% are moving to the next step in my funnel. I might try condensing the funnel and seeing if that helps.

well outlined and pretty ambitious. Will follow this journey. Keep us posted on the progress and good luck :)

@KidHotel - You're very inspiring and stick with your plan. Don't let anyone reduce your energy and zeal. There's no doubt your goals are set high but that's okay. You obviously have a winning mindset and can't help but succeed. People like you make me work harder to meet my goals.

3. Digital Product
I have identified a huge hole in a fairly popular digital market. I plan to make a site to fill this hole, and outsource basically all creation of the product. (For example if I were making posters. I am hiring people on Fiverr to design the posters) I'm just putting content on the site and driving traffic to it.

If youre interested, maybe we can do a JV on that. DM me.

Wouldnt it be more efficient if you focus your time and energy on your existing SAAS sites that are already making $3-4k per month and scale it to $10K per month?

My existing SaaS sites are very blackhat, and therefore are not sustainable in the long run. I am very lucky to have them right now because I can use them to fund my other projects, but I'm more concerned with creating whitehat sustainable projects at the moment.

Update
Actually got a good amount of work done today. I've been procrastinating coding, but I think I still should have the MVP done tomorrow or the next day, which I'll be more than happy with. I'll probably then spend about a week tweaking the css and testing the hell out of it. Once that's ready, I'm very excited to start pumping the ads out. I've a bit of money saved up, so once it's done I'll probably spend about $70-100/day in ads for it. Between now and then, I'll have to work on planning out my campaign and learn as much as I can about ad targeting. Anyway, onto today's update.

1. New SaaS Project:
- Got a ton of coding done on the main functionality of the site, as well as the permissions and user system. Laid out what I'll need to do over the next day or two.

4. Authority / Affiliate Site:
- Ordered a whole bunch of social signals
- Ordered 24k words (6x2k word articles, 3x4k word informatives)

6. 1 More SaaS Site:
- Did some more ad optimization
- Got PayPal setup. God what a pain in the ass setting up multiple PayPal IPNs is.
- Got my first signup! First revenue of the journey.
Revenue: $9.50

Interesting journey, following now. What is the average subscription price of your SaaS?

wow i think you are going to hit 100k+ if one of your saas products take off

Update
Unfortunately, I have been very distracted the past few days. I didn't get nearly as much coding done as I wanted to, so I haven't yet finished the MVP for the new saas. I'm planning on finishing it this week if I don't get flooded with articles to upload. I still think I should be on track to start the ad campaign in May / June depending on the virus.

Miscellaneous:
- I plan on moving to a new city in a few years so I got a couple of domains that I'm going to be aging and drip-feeding content to so that I have something to do when I move there. Additionally, I bought 10 more domains that I think are worth more than what I paid for them.
- My existing SaaS has been doing great since everyone is home quarantined with the virus

1. New SaaS Project
- Did a lot of coding
- Gave a new content writer a try at $40/1000. It's super expensive but he has been working really hard on it, so I'll see if it's worth it for premium money-site content.

4. Affiliate Authority Site
- Edited / Uploaded 3 Articles
- Talked with my main content guy and he's agreed to only assign my articles to the writers that I have liked the most. Some of the other writers he has are pretty shitty, so this should make the articles more consistent in terms of time to edit.
Total Words: 36,602

7. Service Business:
- Edited 3 Articles
- Identified a bunch of new articles to order
- Decided to pivot a bit on the model. Need to find a new domain.

Update
So I haven't been very good this week in terms of work or updates. Sorry for that.

1. New SaaS Sites
- Did a lot of coding

4. Affiliate / Authority Site
- Edited 2 articles
- Ordered 6 x 2k word articles
- Redesigned the site
Total Words: 40,359

I've realized that the coding on the new saas is more than I originally imagined, so I'm pushing the timeframe back further. By the end of this week I'd like to have a UI designed and a landing page made.
Next week, I'd like to get a beta test-ready version done. Once that is done, probably in three weeks, I will take the beta test feedback and also work on finishing my Stripe implementation, as well as my pricing structure. Then I'll heva a quit of QC to do and some marketing and it should be ready.

KidHotel,

Honestly, you have a lot going on.

Why not focus on 1 Project, get it producing income and then move on to the next?

Right now, you seem like the man married to 7 wives, and you're trying to keep everyone happy simultaneously.

In the end, few of your wives "projects" are getting the attention they need.

If you want them to give birth to a healthy child, "aka < Project" they are going to need a lot more attention than what you are currently providing.

Just my thoughts...

I wish you much success!

You might need phone numbers to market your service, you should be doing that because it can increase your revenue exponentially.

Sorry for going a few days without an update. A big one will be coming tomorrow.

Update
So, I've been gone for a while and in that time I have procrastinated more than I ever have in my entire life. I've not gotten that much done, but to be fair the following list is incomplete because I forgot to record everything I did

1. New SaaS Site
- Ordered / Edited 2 More Premium Posts
-- My goal with this is to have really great articles that I believe can reach front page of HN / Reddit and drive some good traffic when I launch. I also want to finish my landing page so on Product Hunt I can start getting preorders.
- Nearly a finalized UI design

4. Affiliate Authority Site
- Ordered 45k Words
- Edited / Uploaded 3 articles
- Setup review plugin and got it fully integrated so I can start publishing product reviews
- Researched and found 3 affiliate programs in the niche
-- They don't have explicit traffic numbers, but I was denied from one because they said that they expect some alexa ranking, etc.
- Bought 10 niche edits
- Edited one of a new type of article, but it took absolutely ages
- Planned more articles and niches to expand into
SEO data according to Mangools: 1 da / 22 pa / 16 cf / 0 tf, 8 rd/backlinks
Total Words: 59,336 - 8k more to publish

7. Service Business
- Finished the site design
- Edited / Posted 5 Articles

Other
- Started coming up with monetization ideas for my best expired domain
