Someone hacked my instagram and changed the username and email and password ! I dont have an acces anymore to it , please someone can send me a link where can i make an appeal or get it back please help me ! i have proofs that the person who hacked it asked me to send him money in case to get it back , but i am very scare .. Please someone help me with that , I dont know what to do ?

Did you click a malicious link? Another thing to do is to report it to FB. I got hacked and held at ransom and I reported them to FB. FB shut it down pretty quickly. This was for a FB account but you can try going through FB support team and see if they will help with your IG account.
