If you took 5 mins to look on their site instead of whinning like a little baby, you will see it is not a scam. They apparently are in the buisness of selling short videos for people to use on social media. The $99 is for the video without a watermark.

I can't even believe such a stupid buisness exists. But hey, as long as morons keep wasting their lives on social media it shall continue.

They currently have 3459 baby videos. So it is very possible those three videos of yours might be in there.

Open new e-mails looking like the original e-mail and keep requesting. You just keeeeeeep requesting. That is what any other agensy does and they take money for it

Yes But They often stole videos and they don't even take permission from the owner of the video and sell it in their website no its not about whining like a baby just their business most of it a scam and false copyright claims

I remember similar thing happened to me. I received 4 Copyright Reports from 2 different Media companies. One was @viralhog and other one was a media house behind Trevor Noah Show.

After receiving these 4 Copyright strikes, I ignored it for a month or so but then my account was taken down due to copyright violations in December 2018 when IG Ban wave happened.

After 3 months of gathering info on how to get this solved, this is what I learned which helped me get my account back.

1. Contact these Media houses and ask them to take down copyright reports.

2. They have to send emails to [email protected] along with report number that you received in your copyright report from Instagram.

3. It takes around 24 hours for Instagram to take down Copyright Reports against you.

4. Contact a guy who has Media Support Panel or same day Support access. Usually "Facebook Global Marketing Partners" have this access. Ask them to submit claims from their panel to review your account.

5. The account will be restored successfully.

I tried to do that I asked them to take down the report but they told me to pay 99$ but after I refused after they don't respond my emails and I chat with live Facebook business a lot of times too but they only send me the same help links of Instagram

You have to pay them coz that's what I did earlier. Take it as a lesson and block all these media houses in future so they don't see your content in their explore feed when it goes viral. It's just a little step you can take to prevent yourself along with other things.

Yes already they sent me to write my username and my full name and the number they send and took picture already do all that but only instagram robot respond

Buy a ad on facebook for like 3 bucks then a contact support option will appear...You will then be able to chat with a Facebook support rep then go and explain your situation about your IG account...I did it for one of my artist accounts who got brigaded by Ethots who were upset over his view of R Kelly...We sent the Screenshot DM's of where the girl said she was gonna get her IG model Network to mass report his account... it was 14k followers he amassed over 4 excruciating years and his engagement was through the roof..think like 3k likes and 400 comments per post at his peak...We got the account back but it was dead at this point since it was almost a year later because I discovered this method super late...Keep in mind the account was a business/creator account..but its worth a shot

I already did actually but they didn't help they only keep sending me the link of instagram help everytime I contact them

I'm pretty sure JukinMedia will take down their Copyright Reports if you pay them but to keep those videos on your profile after your page is reinstated you might have to pay them more.

Just keep switching emails and keep asking it. I saw a guy here that kept doing that for months but in the end he recovered the account.

They responded showing an email sent to fb to retract the claim.
