Hello Everyone

My Instagram disabled due to copyright that's happened because of Jukin media company reported 3 of my videos I emailed them to take down the report but they told me to pay 99$ but that absolutely a scam and I filled a lot of appeals in IG help but only negative respond from Instagram, I contacted Facebook chat live but their respond always only send Instagram help link, just I hope someone can help me to recover my account and thanks a lot and my niche was babies

You’ll have to find a service that deals with account recovery. Only they will be able to help you right away. How many followers did this account have? How important is the account to you? There are ways but it can get pricey

Yes I understand but this method how it works and how much my account had 80k followers
 
Think i would of just paid as its a larger account to lose over $99 seems scammy but the bigger picture if you still making money and learned a lesson in copywrite along the way.

Too late now though obviously
 
why don't take it down be it " scam " or whatever. if taken down nothing will happen.

Yes Its absolutely is a scam they reported me 3 times I thought nothing will happen but after 24h my account disabled

Yes this company want me to pay 99$ then they can take the report down but they just want to scam I screenshot the email I sent to Instagram explain to them but no respond
 
Use the option Get help signing in. I recommend using your username. You might experience some problems if you had changed your username several times or changed your mobile number or email. When done correctly, Instagram should email you the recovery code. You’ll need to follow the instructions in the email.Instagram will then send you a link to reset your password.

Yes already they sent me to write my username and my full name and the number they send and took picture already do all that but only instagram robot respond

I does received Once come copyright from IG , they auto remove that video if i remember , forget is I ownself remove or IG auto remove.
But I never received any email claim must pay xxx

On site, I does encounter once DMCA , I just remove that url .

Yes Exactly but I contacted the one reported me by email they told me to pay 99$ to take the report down and the company named JUKIN MEDIA
 
Recovering an accoubt disabled due to copy right is not the easiest thing. However once It is taken down, I don't see how the company can reclaim their report and that would helpnyou get your account back from IG. Once they take it down due to you violatibg their terms, they don't care if the copyright holder says they are cool with it. I simply don't think it works like that.
But on the other hand, do not waste money on any services reclaiming your profile. Do it yourself. The trick is not giving up and keep requesting it back. It may take a long time and there is no guarantee.

I understand thanks a lot man and I'm keeping requesting, just the problem they blocked my email because I sent them a lot of emails

Open new e-mails looking like the original e-mail and keep requesting. You just keeeeeeep requesting. That is what any other agensy does and they take money for it
