Equipment would be something I think you need you need to copy other peoples format and switch up your content first, thats whats going to bring your highest yield.

FB ads with a LP or explanation video format and uploaded to youtube can work. AKA a channel preview

I'd also say try to get on his channel with your face and brand.
GL once more hope this helped.

#1 take the keywords from your most similar competitors, and or people who make the same videos as you, google how to do.

#2 Tags are only going to help you So far, you need to bolster your contents Value, if it's not accomplishing a "thing" then youtube's algorithm won't care about it
GL

I tried copying similar keywords from competitor videos and few more but can't rank

What editor can you use to change the background and reupload movies? Like have a moving background as shrunk resized in the center or off to the left or right to avoid content match

Hello brother

How do I monetize my video on YouTube if I am living in the country that is not eligible within the program?

I know it possible, since the person in our town manage to do so, and asking them will of course not going to get the straight answer.

Do I needed to have google Adsense account in the support country in the lists? Changing the location in YouTube channel setting will allow the monetize button to activate but I am afraid that’s YouTube will ban my channel once the real person audit?

thank you hope to hear from you

I am curious too. Can we register our YouTube account to be country as US, although we are not from the country? Will it affect the AdSense account which from different country from US?

Question 1:

What's your take on YouTube channels in the non-commentary driving mobile games niche? (Such as Oddman Games)

I have a friend of a friend (yeah, that friend of a friend story) which banks around $25k/month from such a channel and all he does is uploading 3-4 videos/day. He doesn't record the videos, he pays multiple people to do that for him. (I won't post any stats about the channel because it would be too easy to find it)

I asked him multiple questions but I think his approach is kind of lame and not suitable for a beginner. Basically to keep what he told me short was just: "Post 3-4 videos / day and be consistent. 2-3 years and you'll be big". Nothing about thumbnails, tags, other social media profiles, etc. Just post 3-4 videos a day consistently.

I'm not that much of a friend with him and I don't really like bothering people that I don't know, so I stopped asking him questions about it because it seemed that's all he got to say.

I've tried it for around 2 months and now I have:
  • 90 videos
  • +3 subs (I'm using an old channel)
  • 2k views (from which only 1k are real, I botted 1k in order to review a SMM Panel)

Yes, I haven't tried it for enough time to jump to exact conclusions but I feel like it is a waste of time in regards of the current trends. I mean, this niche is made for children and it is avoiding COPPA laws somehow, but these types of content won't gain you Twitter / Facebook followers, the kids won't share it between them because there is obviously nothing to share. I feel like this niche is 100% controlled by YouTube's algorithm and no matter what you do in the video or how great your content is, YouTube is the only one in charge that will decide if you take off or not.

So, what's your take on this types of channels? Is he right? All he takes is consistency?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Question 2:

What niche do you think will be the next big thing? (Aside from channels like David Dobrik or Mr. Beast)

Like the crushing niche (Such as this video which has almost 1B views)

I've seen that those types of videos were extremely viral in 2018 and 2019. Unfortunately I didn't jump in the trend back there and now it seems like it cooled off. (As you can see this channel, which is not making that many views)

Also, there were the infinite loop animations niche, but that was more on Instagram rather than on YouTube.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Question 3:

I just feel like I'm late for everything when it comes to YouTube. I'm fortunate enough have the tools but I do not know what to craft.

How did you find out what niche works for you?

(I know that in general you'll be best with doing what you love, but I love nothing, really. So that's kind... not such a great advice for me.)

Thanks for doing this AMA!

Then yes its your content if you want to PM a link tot an example I can give you a few tips as to what's going on.
It could also be your genre, niche, content style or simply doing some weird like including # symbols on your keywords (a friend of mine was doing this for a while)

Adobe premier is still my suggestion (Believe I answered this in greater detail previously) see earlier in this thread

you both seem to be thinking youtube Money is the only way to monetize your youtube accounts views, this is incorrect.
Youtube is the extra BS money you may or may not get.
the key to remember here is that you guys have TRAFFIC, niche interested TRAFFIC

Monetise your videos using other things like:
CPA
Ecommerce sales
are the Top two but then there's
Patreon giveaways, PAtreon alone, Creating and selling targeted email lists... and More.
Creating and selling targeted email lists...

Example A:
I have a Ecom store in the gaming niche and have run this Method
https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/m...beginner-friendly-dropshipping-based.1142528/
With multiple Youtube channels.
Simple to set up, or ask someone to do a JV with you and split the profits.

Q1
Well my immediate response is....what the
Hell is this....

LOL thats the most randome shizz nate lol but yes this is ironicly typical for youtube, I find that the algorithum of youtube is much like FB ads once your in good standing your channel tends to naturally retain its glue, your friend for example may have jumped in during a time when the algorituim and or audince for this content was good and spiked, so his channel(s) did well and spiked.

He could also be using some other sources to bump his numbers consciously or unconsciously aka people could be using his content as reference material with out him knowing.

On to your numbers, if you have 2k in total yikes either your missing some key words, your content is really bad or youtubes algorithum feels saturated and deosnt know who to show your content to.
I'd be lying if i said youtube didnt have an element of luck, If you friend made a new channel today I dont he would get the same numbers on a fresh channel.
At the same time id be lying If I said there wasnt a way to FUDGE the algorithm.

My heart say its your content that's the prob, My mind says ask you friends to tag and link and mention your videos in his channel as a sister channel.
That would tell yotuube HEY his viewrs are my viewers, I'd also suggest a PArt one and two kind of video collab between channels.
heart long term mind short term :P

On a side note* when ever I refer to CONTENT in this thread. that includes title, keywords, video content, keywords and hashTags.

Lastly to your #1 you need to get your friend to further monetize that shizznate, use a Ecommerce model or something, see above question for ideas.
With those numbers he could easily pull some free sales. and back an extra few k if not more

_________
Q2
While I could understand why you might ask me of all people this I can honestly say I dont follow the trends enough to predict them,
I use them, monetise them, help people see current trends and grow there numbers based off them. But TBH i cant predict them, I work in so many genre that the trends vary to heavily to say if this or that is the current general trend,

AKA your answer:
Trends change based on Genre and I dont have that intell to foresight it
___BUT!
What I do have the intel on is human nature and how we consume content, your examples have Everything that a Viral video should have, color, sex, movement, speed, repetition, danger, safety, control, chaos, the seven deadly sins, learning, evolving, all of that is in these videos so YES they went viral and Yes they appear as a new trend, In truth they are an old truth being rediscovered AGAIN.

KEY YOUTUBE HINT
the goal of every Content piece on youtube is to force and i do mean FORCE the view to smoothly and continuously experience as many emotions at one time as possible.

Every viral video has these commonalities stuffed inside each video and or "piece of content", and these commonailities? GET SHARES, not views SHARES. Period.

________
Q3

Poeple often say do what you love and forget to say
TURN what you love into PRODUCT.
In our world: Prodcuct is something fro Other people to comsume like enjoy and share.
yes do it to something you dont mind staring at all day, but Be ready and ok with DESTROYING your love for it, and making it into something a kin to MATH
1 + 2 = 3
AKA Product.
Mcdonalds has Scientist making its burgers.
There "art" and or "food" is made with literal MATH with Literal scientist.

to jump back to you though man,
Ask your self what do you want from youtube,
Is it Money, views, a message to help people, a hobby you want to monetize, traffic to push to another site? Or is it something else.
I mean give me and yourself a thesis statement answer
then come back to me i will be able to guide you to your answer once we know that

I know the answer of this question for a really long time.

I only want money from YouTube. I don't care about fame, views or becoming a "leader" of something. As of now I'm only looking to make money off YouTube, may it be from AdSense or Affiliates.

what is the best free app for Andriod video makers for Youtube.?

Are you familiar with the MLa formatting of a thesis statement?
aka its starts with ... I believe.. ect.
If you can use that formatting to answer the question you will know the WHY.
An Example sentence/ thesis statement would be:
I believe oranges are sweet because, they have high sugar content, social are constructed in our mind to be sweet, and personally taste sweet on my tongue.
-
My immediate suggestion with holding the thesis statement to help you think,
would be go into tik tok videos, or content compilation style videos or MOJO.com videos.
Following there simple format for content creation would be a great and easy entry in to youtube.

Then once you get a few thousand views move into monetizing your content via the above suggestion

Adobe premier, can format things anyway you want,
If your asking me what App on the phone to use to edit. Id suggest you switch to desktop and use adobe premiere

How to go viral on YouTube?

There is a couple different purposed Ideas on how, but no one has that formula quite down yet.
I've been writing a book on the matter in my spare time. and That's how vast your answer is man.
More so what would one quantify as viral is still even in debate,
In short, I can't answer that question at this time

Is it easier to grow old (3+ years) stabilised channel or start new one? (cos youtube favor novelty or smth)
I personally think its about the same if not maybe a Little easier,

here's an analogy to help you understand
When a channel starts making content an algorithm is applied to that channel and all its content is then shown to audiences based on the keywards and guesswork. After a few videos and views the algorithm then assigns your channel to generally be shown to *a certain type* or genre of people, and continues to push it to those people only.

AKA you make gaming videos and the algorithm shows that to more gamers, so your next gaming vid gets say 10k in views.
Then lets say you Randomly do a make up cooking video, and your algorithm still thinks... "ok this is for gamers", you will see a nice fat drop down to like 3k because your audience is different,

Adversely many channels might actually do this, trying to grab some new audiences in the makeup field. So on the next video your algorithum will then mold into a channel between the two. hence, why people jump genres but still try to keep there core identity.
Course this is only an analogy to help you understand view movement across channels

So when deciding a new or old channel and which would be best, If the last channel has alot of subs and your making the same type of old content Use it,
Otherwise it doesnt really matter and you need to simply focus on STRONG Content. New or old channel
