Wtf is going on between Google and Facebook?

Few minutes ago i searched something on google and clicked on a link to a website. After reading till the end, i closed my navigator (chrome) then launched the Facebook app to check what's new. After scrolling a little i came across and ad about the website i just visited on chrome. I was shocked because i had never searched that website name or link neither on Facebook nor on Google. Now what i wanna is are Facebook and Google partners?, are they sharing cookies?, web searches?, or Facebook app is spying on my phone?

Correct answer = Facebook Pixel, don't be shocked to appear on google searches or Google Adsense on another website, or even Bing - pixels from them + retargeting = makes you a sitting duck until you buy or their budget is off.
