The 4000hours watch time has been acquired by my YouTube channel organically with 300 subscribers currently.

How to acquire other 700 subscribers quickly so that I can enable monetization on my channel?

Are you 100% sure that good smm panels provide 100% Unique subs and not bots as well as non-dropped subs? U can't bro. Even if it is unique ( maybe like 70% out of 1000 subs ), they will drop for sure and when YT audits the channel which they do for big channels too, there will be a problem.

It took me around 8months to get to 4000hours. The channel was created in July, 2018 and the views started coming in December 2018.

I made the content regularly. Heard a lot of people saying "stay consistent and views will come". That helped!

I had the same issue... i had like 200-300 subs so I purchased the rest. I was able to get monetized. Should mention I purchased the subs (got to around 950) and organically got the last 50 for 1000. I dont get subs often so this actually took a month or so + 4 months to get approved for monetization

Getting the views and hours is hard enough. Then getting and keeping monetization is quite another. YT seems quite happy to demonetization anything these days.
I tried once to get monetization but got denied after a 4 month wait. Decided not to bother after that.

create good content and share them on other forums etc. commenting works comment on smaller channels. if u can upvote comments to rank them you can even try it on bigger channels. but dont just say please subscribe. if u comment interesting stuff people will check your profile.
