I would not make a suggestion unless I think it could be helpful in some way.
I think it would be a good idea to give users the option to change the color of how other users show up to them in the feed. It would be great if you could navigate to someones profile and select a color that you want their name to show up in. You could give users the choice of a few colors to decide on so they could track things and people better and have their own personal color coded key to see what is going on when glancing down the home page. Not only could this be used to track positive people and people you want to hear more from but it could also be used to let you know not to bother with a particular user.
On the right hand side where it shows all the usernames going down the screen from recent posts it would be good to identify these people at a glance. Having different colors for people you are dealing with, people you are in conversations with, people you agree with, people you disagree with. people you have read about in a shit list etc. This would of course only be visible to the user who set up those conditions. Again I have no idea what it would take to implement this but I think it really wold be a good idea. I can think of several ways I would personally use it.
