They not respond to talk to person , just tell you page is instagram dat com and things like that. They say contact us but when you contact they dont contact you back via support email.

There was an option via android by Help Sign In. But now is not working. I think someone knows how to make an appeal or how to do it. But its really hard I know

Try like this
Open chrome on the same mobile in which you were using the account
Open your email account and then open email and click on the link it will redirect to instagram app. Instagram check the cache and you will able to change email again.
I tried it 4 times and it always work for me

I think you've hacked yourself. You can't associate hacking with phishing. Never give your details to someone else, or link your account with shady apps and websites.

Do it in Incognito mode then. You are probably logged into another account, so of course it's not working.

The link will still work as long as your cookies are clear.

Does it work only for US people?
I have seen people claim there should be a pop up when you click "need more help" from the app itself,and there you can report the account as hacked.
I guess some things only work for US citizens thats why many of us are having trouble with this.
