Plagiarism: I tested the article in both Copyscape and Grammarly Premium both were fine.

Price: At the price that OP mentioned with the quality he provided ITS A GOOD DEAL. This would be a great choice to go ahead with.

Review: i got 500 words of high quality content which is $12 per 1000 words

At this price point, in my experience, you are not gonna find better. you just won't.
there were some spelling, and grammar mistakes, but even this the mid grade option and yet it still reads like native content.
bullet point list were used. paragraphs were not terribly long.

if others are wondering, i will be posting this on my main money site. and i will be placing an order right now for the higher native content option.

I can not speak for the lower grade or higher grade options but the "high quality" option is good. i would be surprised if you found better at this price point.
