Do you recommend using 1-2 size hashtags (only medium or only small # or these 2 mixed together) or mix hashtags groups (big, medium and small #)?
For small accounts I use mixed # groups: 20% big, 80% medium &small.

Try to delete " , encoding='utf-8' ", but you can have problems with some hashtags with special characters.

I am getting this error, what should I do?
