is it possible SEO on direct ip or IP URL?

i see some website already used ip address as there domain url like 123.45.67.789 something like this. is this direct ip or URL IP possible to used SEO because no word on domain

I think yes, It can be done although many SEO software will throw an error that it is not a valid URL. But some software accepts it. Or going manually is always an option.

Are you sure they don't have a bad server configuration? If Google finds the links that's why they are indexed.

i dont thing the server will be terminated, because the one who provided it is the hosting service itself.
about redirect to the new ip address i am not really sure what you mean , but no need to redirect because the country do not block this URL IP

i think if you buy through some hosting service, the ip just showing where is the service come from example if you the ip you buy 192.168.1.1 from the hosting hawkhost then means hosting name is hawkhost. But some hosting provide it altough have know the risk of this IP that public will know what ip is this services come from

The thing is like this:
Let's say my dedicated ip is: 192.168.1.1 , when I copy paste this into google without the http://, it will show my hosting server name in the search results.
However, those sites who use this method are not the same. If I copy paste their IP into google, it doesn't show their hosting name at all. I searched for like 4 ip-based sites but none shows their hosting name when I pasted it into google,

How did they do this? they 100% either mask it through proxy or they use a method I didn't know, which I eagerly want to know.
