So i was just testing adsterra network since it doesnt require approval like adsense an i implementes some ads in my site, native banners and popunder. So i got 2 native ads clicks and i had earned 1.3 $, but... i actually got those earnings from popunders. Is this possible?Screenshot_20200213-143601_Chrome.jpg

That CPM looks sick! May I ask what traffic do you drive to your site? Is it tier 1 traffic or any specific countries? BTW adsterra sometimes mix up the report like that.

The traffic ia 60% from usa, 15 from uk and canada.
It gives generated good revenue but the popunder is a little bit agressive though.

It must be a mistake, it's impossible to get a CPM like that for any targeting. It will probably decrease once the traffic volume becomes higher.

The next day i got 1.3$ again with 50 impressions or so. So its not decreasing.

I'd like to see how this would work on 5k impressions or above. Anyway, this is not normal unless someone in the middle is getting scammed for it. Anyone that understands how pops traffic works will know that there is no way an advertiser would bid $60 CPM even for the most expensive GEOs on the market. Not even AU traffic for banners/native ads is that high.

I know. Thats why i made this thread. I dont get credited for every single impression. I get 20 or 30 and gives me 0$ after 10 or 20 more imspressions gives 0.6/0.7 dont know why.
I am sure there is a virus/scam going on as i see publishers comaining about adsterra having bad ads.

Perhaps a flaw in their system, I cannot say for sure. They're also my competition so it wouldn't be professional of me to make any assumptions. It's best if you ask one of their representatives about it :)

For how long the ads were online on your website? adsterra usually dont all the traffic with pop models and they show fake impression numbers , since I have gotten only 25% on my daily traffic. (base on google analytics) after using them, they showed amount of impressions that didnt match the traffic i had when each user got like 3 pops in US after i checked personnaly, so i removed them immediately. advise you to be careful, when something looks that high its probably fake

If you have quality traffic you can achieve that eCPM.

In what Universe is someone going to pay you 61 CPM for any GEO on pops nowadays? Those are rates for banner/native ads.
$30 I can understand, I've seen it many times. But double that... I've only seen it a few times during my time in the industry.

Depends on what you advertise and to whom.

Yeah, I mean, definitely. There might be people out there paying $60 CPM for pops on some crazy stuff but only in exclusive/flat deals with direct publishers. Like, if you want your banner hosted directly with PH/big tubes or well niched websites that attract seriously huge, targeted quality traffic. But seeing this on a network is extremely rare. And our case here is definitely through a network. If an advertiser has that much money to spend for 1000 impressions, he would not bother so much paying it through such a channel. At least, that's how I see it.

Most likely this is a lie to promote adsterra.

Not sure if you guys are aware, probably not, but Adsterra eCPM depends solely on CPA/ conversions on advertisers destination page. If your traffic is converting, you gonna have high cpm. That’s why most movie streaming sites have high CPMs, because people install toolbars, and most of this offers pay like $1-1.5 per install, so let’s say 2 people install out of 1,000 , you would have 2-3 CPM. That how it works. Of course that there are different kind of offers and you don’t get to pick, but you get the idea.
