That’s why most movie streaming sites have high CPMs, because people install toolbars, and most of this offers pay like $1-1.5 per install, so let’s say 2 people install out of 1,000 , you would have 2-3 CPM. That how it works. Of course that there are different kind of offers and you don’t get to pick, but you get the idea.
