[Help]Does arbitrage work with adsense alternatives?

First of all , i hope im in the right forum. I didnt find any particular forum so mods can move this thread if they see it fit.
Now, i want to start arbitrage with adsense alternatives, simply bc adsense has high requirements of traffic and content and i doby have the time now but i definetly will in the future.
I need you guys to suggest me some good adsense alternatives with no or minimum reqirements. A network who has some decent cpc and cpm. A network who has banner ads, push and popunders/popups.
Someone who has experience with the network , not just and article you find online, please, i already red a lot of them.

Never used them. But I maintain, arbitrage is dead unless you have a really solid high dollar offer that can convert well.

This guy claims he can make 30$ out of 3k traffic by clickbaiting adult. Do u think thats doable??

This is definitely not true. Perhaps you need to spend more time and money than before in order to find the right sources, but arbitrage isn't dead.

I suppose it could potentially work, though I would never personally try anything of the sorts. I prefer paid traffic.
If we're talking free traffic, I would get it by creating content, not trying schemes on tricking fb users to end up on your adsense.
