Am I safe? Streaming site without hosting.

I have a website with embedded links like openload.
I don't host anything myself, just scrape the internet and share stuff on the website.
My website is on google cloud and domain from namecheap.

If i am not safe what should I do in the correct order.

Also how does cloudflare helps with that?

Cloudflare hides your nameservers.

Hope you bought the domain and hosting with crypto/fakes names etc. :anyway:

I think you can still get in trouble even though you don't host them directly.

I started the website as a different idea which was totally legal so I bought them using real credentials.

Can someone confirm that it's a problem even though nothing is hosted?
 
I don't get it. I see russian pirate websites running for years none stop. How do they do it?

Mostly dedicated servers from host that doesn't care about DMCA and domains bought from registrar who doesn't care who you are...in few words
 
You can make it better with some works.

1. Move to offshore hosting. You can find nice providers in marketplace.

2. Buy or transfer domain to njal.la. OP is TPB founder. Ignore DMCA.

3. Just forget about Cloudflare. Instead, you can use DDOS-guard web protection service. They are russian CDN company, it will make you more safer from DMCA subpoena.

4. If possible, always pay with crypto, especially Monero. Monero has an anonymous transaction feature unlike bitcoin. If provider support not a monero but bitcoin, use xmr.to.

What email should i use to register on services?
Also when using ads or other profit methods on my website. What's the best way to transfer profits to my hand?

Flokinet, webcare360, offshorededi, veesp, theonionhost, Privatelayer and Trabia network.

Protonmail is the most common email in this case.

Mostly, you don't have to worry about ad network. Paypal, bank transfer, epayment... it doesn't matter. Maybe just avoiding US ad network is enough.
