Ok so I purchased this service 2 weeks ago and I have done my testing on 8 accounts initially. I have been active in this thread from a long time too.

Firstly the method is nothing new, it is something we have been doing from long to create thresholds but the seller is helpful and active on Skype.

So I made 8 accounts for testing, added 8 VCC's and followed the instructions as given.

All accounts were suspended without spending a penny. Few before setting the dummy campaign and few after setting it. The reason for the suspension was suspicious payment activity.

So as of now, this is not working for me. I will try this further a little more and come back with update #2 soon. I think I'll try to get some better VCC's since the reason for the suspension is 'Suspicious payment activity'.

PS : Anybody successfully spending the budgets here?

this my first review after buying this amazing methode 
before this , im already succesfull on first try
but the vps got suspend , and the account inside of that stil running , so i cant take ss from that
always follow rule before you running ads , to get 80% chance succesfull
i have 3 account more , and still warm up

the first time I used this method I got many clicks then I wanted to edit and got ban.. <-- never edit when you get live!!
I have created then a lot of accounts and got many ban. I was not able to figure it out. I'd say Google is very smart.
I own many websites, hosted by the same hosting provider BUT I buy dedicated IP for each of them.
when I try to create ad with a random site from google , the ad was getting clicks. but hard to advertise my own!!
now I got success every time and here what I found out.
I still use different dedicated IP
DO NOT add any google analytic or pixel. I'm thinking google catch it and know you are the same person trying to fool them!
Do not edit your add after get it approved
start with 5-10 per day not more,, but you can increase after few days
I do not use MOBO vcc anymore . I found another seller who provides every VCCs. He installs himself vcc for you
also, I stopped to use trash Gmail. I use better PVA Gmail account.
now, sometime I get suspended for some reason but the method by itself WORKS. You need to invest bit of your time if you get suspended.
I don't know how the OP has found out this but its fu***** awesome.

My Honest Review
I purchased this ebook few weeks ago and started with 2 accounts, ran the campaign on my accounts and because I have been using google adwords since a long time now I applied my own twists and tricks to this method and now I am spending more than $10 per day now. I have also started profiting from this though I have not yet recovered my investment but I am pretty sure it's just a matter of days I am in profit. Seller also responds very fast on Telegram.
Only down side to this is getting VCC on your own, if you can figure that then you can make unlimited accounts, the guy who sells the VCC sometimes replies very late and it may take 1 or even 2 days to setup the billing because of VCC seller's slow response.
