Story Voter and M/S are definitely the greatest methods right now. Shoutout and Ads are obviously great method in some scenario.

If I was starting out today I would buy 1 - 10k account each month in my niche. Grow the account by hand and shout out my main. That is about 90-130 dollars a month and in a year have a little 100k network to shout the main out daily.
One regular post and another shoutout post for the main. No DM's are needed. Each will grow organically and while results will be slow at first it will build up steam year after year.

Definitly, never got a single ban or action block on clients accounts. ( you will get problem if the account is new, only "real" accounts works wonders)

on your CONTENT.

My Strategy on my car account: only repost videos which are going viral + automated engagement group

every third to fourth video going viral, making 300.000 Views, 20.00 Likes, 14.000 Saves - all organically. These trending videos gets me the most followers, new followers mostly come from explore or from ig chats (because the get sent the video from friends)

Making with this strategy 250-400 Followers a day, every week around 2000 Follower

just concentrate on posting really good content, posting at best time and use engagement group like goso.io

tried many services like goso, wolf global and tons of smm panels and can say: goso is the best. Its not cheap and
quality of accs not always the best, but goso one of the only services which barely gets detected by IG

If you know a better service, please tell me.

5 months I then have made 28 k which gets me a sum of 38k followers now.

Nice one, getting through common saturated methods and see which one is the worst. I doubt there will be any insights on this voting really since instagram is not just about a strategy, but about the method, account, niche etc.
For instance If I am aiming for an adult niche it is about f/u and DM after. If I am aiming for a CPA, then it might be about commenting and if it is about promoting a product or a service I would rather buy shoutouts.
I am not a guru, just my 2 cents about the question you've posted. It is a very vague question...

I think this is a really good strategy, it's worked really well on Twitter and should do the same. The only question is how are you able to track posts from others in your niche that are just about to reach tipping point? Do you have a system to do this?

A possible system of doing this might be to identify the average likes and comments each video gets after the first 1 hour of posting per account and then turn on notifications on all of the niche accounts so that after an hour of them posting a new video, you'll be able to determine whether or note the video will go viral or not.

Or how do you go about it?
