DA/PA or CT/TF - which is more important

Someone wants to sell me a few domains. Some of them have better TF/CF but some have better DA/PA

If you were me which would you choose

Domain1 : TF:1 / CF:10 ||| DA:19 ||| PA:31
Domain2: TF:5 / CF: 14 |||: DA: 29 ||| PA: 26
Domain3: TF: 18 / CF: 24 ||| DA: 12 ||| PA: 19

Assuming you have those options which would you choose?

Which metric playing important for PBN or Money Site if you have to choose one = TF/CF or DA/PA

As @MisterF has mentioned that these metrics are easy to manipulate. I would rather evaluate the domains based on the number and quality of referring domains. That being said, I personally find TF and DR to be better than DA as they're more difficult to manipulate.

Well for me, I would shun either the DA/PA and look at the backlinks profile, are those links quality ones? And are the websites giving those links still existing?

I'd use neither.
I'd choose domains with more relevant links and I'd do this manually.
Never used those third party stats.

Also, if you really need to judge a strength of the domain by looking at the number, stick with number of referring domains.
