is autoblogging still a thing?

Many people who run bot networks still make bank off autoblogging - republishing on social media networks

I guess that in autoblogging thing all depends on the presentation, and this niche is not dead yet. If you have your sign/style in conveying information, then you will have a lot of fans and people who will be inspired by your blogs.

hey ho comrads!

I just want to know if autoblogging is still a thing nowadays?
Do people succeed with this tactics?
What parts are the best to automate?

With some tweaks it is still possible to automatize blogging, but in order to make it suitable for your goal, it requires a little bit more sophistication than in the past.

But will they rank well on google?

I highly doubt it when it comes to the news site. That's blatent copyright infringement. Not only can the original websites take you to court but your post is a direct duplicate of the main website. You will get a ranking penalty for this and more than likely deindexed in the future. Hopefully this happens before the websites catch you and sue you for lost revenue due to copyright infringement. To double it up, taking the featured image is also another level of copyright infringement. If you dont have the rights to the same image the original site used, thats another lawsuit to deal with.

Auto blogging is now a numbers game I have around 1300 blogs with over 1000 posts making 500 to 600 dollars per month. These blogs were created on february on blogspost.com. I have not touched them since then. I used a private bot for blogger that I coded myself in python.
As for posts per day it took me only two days to publish 1000 posts each on 1300 blogger blogs.

And I created my own simple blog platform from scratch with php and html last two months so that I can scale up with subdomains.
I bought 10 .info domains created 1000k subdomains on each. I have total of 10000k blogs. I have already posted about 10000k posts on each of them with another custom bot I created specially for the platform.
I posted 100000k post on each in a day. The only challenging thing is how to index them. I have managed to index an average of about 1k pages in each of the blog. I only invested around $15 for 10 .info domains and I have already made $150 this month.

search for splogging in this forum you will see many threads on that. Read Threads of seomadhatter and co.
Hey, I have a method to help with the indexing of mass pages in about 6-24 hrs that works. PM me for details. We can JV if you like.

It might work for a quick "Smash and grab" if you're lucky...

It also depends on the niche and competition, more often than not, it just will not work anymore though.

Even in the rare instances that it DOES, it doesn't last long at all... and then you've ruined your domain to the point where it would probably not be worth the extra effort to detoxify it versus starting over

It still works but too many post in a short time may get banned you; So I would like to suggest you to avoid it.

Thanks for sharing. Will look for it. Splogging is a new term for me.

not so fast guys.....
I'm not a lawyer but I have understood it so, that when you want be a legal aggregator, your site must have a separate login for members/ authors who must be agree to your policies and then they can upload their content to your site, 1:1 original

Without that you are at high risk of law troubles and getting banned from search engines.

Correct me if I wrong.
The only good for seo and legal way of doing this is content curation the right way.

Or hire writers to publish, 20,30, 50 or more posts a day.

When you have multiple authors contributing to your website you still need to supervise the editing and publishing process. So it can not be called - 'autoblogging'.

'Auto blogging' is when your website is working on its own while you are enjoying holidays on a beach socking under warm sun sipping coconut water.

Auto blogging is possible with the help of plugins such as WP Automatic and combining it with services like WordAI. This way you will be fetching content from other websites and will be publishing it on your site with spun content.

It works but it will require your attention every now an then to check if everything is going smooth on your site as expected.

what about like showing a source of an article

What do you think about linking the source of an article when publishing it? Is it legally harmful? In my head, if you provide the source and an actual creator of the work - there should be no trouble. but i don't know for sure..

what about seo stuff? What does Google think about these kinds of websites?

Well i think its a number game ,the more posts you have the more traffic you will get
Its better than nothing

letuvis:

doing content curation and be an content aggregator site are two different things. A aggregator does not add own value he is publishimg original, content 1:1 so with that the aggregator needs the permission from the original author.

US law makes this clear. (europe is more strict on this and on content curation on your own website)

And by the way the other topic; why bing does mass de-indexing websites... in their guidelines (bing) read it carefully, they say slightly modified content with adding your own value is content scraping (!) so for me it sounds bing does not allow content curation, maybe when you can do it as an professional journalist.

What will happen when google makes the same rude guidelines as bing? Then we are all fucked up in the AI search engine matrix.....

Have happy sunday!
