Scraping speed if fully dependent on how many Instagram accounts you add to the scraper. Instagram accounts are required to get business information of Instagram profiles. Meaning if you add 10 Instagram accounts to the tool you can approximately scrape 10 times faster than with just one account otherwhise you're getting action blocked. You can also log into the accounts with proxies but that's not necessary.

And it's possible to export the scraped data into a .csv file.

Depends on your email accounts as well as your email content. Make sure to warm your domains/email accounts up so don't send thousands of emails at the first day. Increase the volume from day to day. Also make sure not to send blacklisted links and not to blacklist your own links -> Also start sending low volume of emails containing your links.
And also keep changing the email content up a bit.

With our built in test email feature you can test whether your emails land in the spam folder or not for each provider.
