I am making a new website right now and I am wondering about this.
Let's say we have these titles:
"Where to buy iPhone X in the USA?"
"Where to buy iPhone X in Europe?"
"Where to buy iPhone X in India?" etc.

Should all articles be different or can they be very similar and if they can be similar, how similar can they be, surely they can't all be 90% the same like only replacing country/continent names and my affiliate link or can they?

What is the best way to write articles like this ( I want to write 10 articles like this for 10 countries )

yes you can do this no problem. long as content isn't copied. i do this all day long with my client sites, roofing, plumbing etc.. do not worry just make sure to change location in url title and interlink with exact location anchors

So if I write my own article about "Where to buy iPhone in the USA" then I can copy this article and switch USA with Germany in text and things like that and that's fine?

Yes I think it end up doing that and be safe but still its so annoying rewriting something 10 times to make 10 "unique" articles.
