A Decent Opportunity Of JV For Amazon Seller Account Owners

Same thing happened with another person here who was also asking for Amazon accounts... they say you are safe and nothing will happen but who knows what kind of crap they do that they end up getting those accounts banned. That's why they are looking for suckers willing to let them squeeze as many accounts as they can
Hi!

The thing is the JV actually means that both the partners can bear the loss. It's an understood fact.
it's not all sitting back, relaxing while we work over and give out a share. You gotta take the risk to earn something out of a Joint Venture buddy.

If i already own 2 seller accounts do u think i can start a 3rd one ? (im based in the US ) if yes id love to work with u.. i just own 2 brands and cant use the other 2 acc.

Should i assume it a NO ?
Hi there!

Really sorry for the later response.

Yeah it will work alright!
I can get this complaint removed in no time.

just sent you rest of the details in PM

This turned out no where close to what original poster offered. Before the venture started, things were sounding good with the idea that he has experience doing this and that he has to start off slow to avoid getting the account in trouble. But once he began listing couple items, a couple purchases occurred but items weren't getting shipped, and the negative feedbacks were happening already putting the account at risk for termination.

Then he changed things over to FBA, but some of the items he listed belonged to other brands that Amazon flagged for verification as a reseller or prior purchase, but to this day, no documentation was sent over from him.

In the end, I only remembered one item selling with no issues, and there was about 4 listed at first for 3 months.

I wouldn't recommend this venture unless you have a throw away account or you don't mind wasting time. Even as I type this, there is a customer saying they never received a makeup pouch they bought and I can't even contact customer myself since the account is deactivated.

Hi!

It is a normal case where seller accounts get flagged. But the thing is that we do mention that we sell totally legitimate products and we will try to sort out any situation that might occur. At the end of the day, it is a JV and that both the parties are liable to face any loss if it happens.

The reason we switched to FBA was primarily to focus on other departments and for FBA, it is Amazon's duty to take care of the delivery and the shipment. If the customer is awaiting any delivery, it is on Amazon and that they would fix if we receive any feedbacks for that.

I try to be as clear in what I say and it is for everybody who might be interested in a JV, there might be issues and that we both would be getting the hit for that. It is the most reasonable explanation too.

Here's the problem. You did not sort out the shipping and stocking of those few items before listing them on my account and you did not verify with Amazon that certain branded products you listed was legitimate for you to sell up to now or else my account would have been reactivated already nor would there have been buyers complaining about not receiving their order in the first place.

All the issues I had with customers not receiving their items and leaving negative feedback were not FBA items.

That's understandable but with the experience you claimed, one would think you at least would have the shipping and stock tracking straightened out and have the proper documents for FBA prior to asking people to use their accounts and listing said items.

The thing is that sometimes as in the holiday season, due to order congestion, the shipping companies give us a hard time but we do ship the items timely but it's hard to tackle the shipping companies if they don't give out tracking. This is why we resort to FBA in the first place. But then again, sometimes the errors come up from the safest of places.

Sometimes due to the incoming stock in our inventory, we are unable to ship items and that can lead us to offering refunds to the customers but as far as I'm concerned, it is the best practice to excuse and offer the customers a refund. If you're having second thoughts that we are scamming or doing anything stupid, those are just assumptions trust me on that.

You would notice that we got connections with the rights owners and we can get them to retract complaints too. That must mean that we are legit and that we can carry on with the business in a better way. We have experience and that's the reason that we keep safe to this level, but when Amazon starts flagging accounts scrutinizing everyone, innocent accounts and practices get flagged too.

It really looks like you're BSing everyone.

Which shipping company doesn't give tracking for packages? You're claiming that you're just paying a company and hoping they deliver the package without any ability of checking what happens? Doesn't sound right.

You also claim you can get the brands to retract the claims so why didn't you do it? Or why don't you inform the brands in advance that a given account will start selling their product(s)?

So far the JV is going pretty outstanding if you ask me. There was an IPC over the account when we first started but it's resolved now and I'M MAKING LOADS OF GREENS!!!

Where are the veteran members or accounts no less than one year old vouching for this?

well, the thing to get is that you haven't done any JV with us and all that you say are nothing but mere assumptions. you need to know that due to order congestion, the shipping companies do delay the packages. Nevertheless, I try to be as clean and clear in my words as I can. You just can't leave a bad review about the JV if you have never done one with us before.

Hi there,
I have a 2 years old Amazon account for US. Will it work?
