Wanted to post a review after giving these links a couple of months to see what they did. I ordered the "Basil" package, which is 20 links for $159/mo, and I got a discount code, which made it about $146/mo.
I placed the order on the 5th of the month, and the order wasn't completed until the 25th, which was a red flag for me. If this was a large package, once could justify drip-feeding, but for 20 links, I would expect a quicker turnaround...especially on a monthly-billed package. My first thought was that they may delay the delivery so I don't have time to evaluate any impact before I get billed for month #2.
I placed the order back in November, and simultaneously placed orders w/ other sellers for other URL's (on the same website with similar competition) for about the same price. This package is literally the only one that I didn't notice any measurable movement on. And, if anything, it was the easiest of the 4 URL/keyword combinations that I tested together.
So, for 3 months of billing, I'm down about $450 and have not seen any results or impact from these links. I have cancelled my subscription today, so as not to waste anything further. Others may have better experiences, but this is just my personal feedback on what I saw with my own order.

I'm sorry you are disappointed with T-RANKS.
Let me address a few points in your review.

I remember we talked about the drip feed rate and agreed on 1 link per day. It could have been faster if you wanted but certainly not safe.
Unfortunately, sometimes the URL simply needs more "wait" time. especially now when major search updates are released monthly.
And I see your primary keyword just started to pop out finally too. So now is the time to hit it imo. Maybe it was "sand-boxed" until now which happens on page level too.
Also, you mentioned your already built 25 other direct links to that URL before starting the service so the "test" is not as isolated as you claim.
PS: If you are not in top 400 without any direct links for easy keyword there is something wrong on-site. (or simply a lack of wait time like I mentioned before)
