Service Information

• The seller was very prompt about getting about getting back to me during the review process.
• I provided the seller with a few tasks for their VAs to complete. They were quite detailed about what they were going to do to handle the tasks and what information they had gathered for the tasks so far.
• The information they had to gather for the citations was spot-on.
• Everything was delivered and neatly organised into a ZIP file.
• The IG images that were created were quote-style images in the pets niche.
• The citations report was excellent and beautifully organised on top of having all of the information I expected, including login credentials for each citation that was created. The name, address, and phone numbers were all consistent, just as they should be.
• The keyword report I asked for was also well-organised and had everything including search volume, keyword difficulty scores, and PPC information.
• I feel like the seller put a nice level of effort into what they're offering here.

For Buyers: The quality of the product or service that I receive is what you should expect, or better. If you feel that the quality of the service has dropped significantly, please let us know via the report button.
