Facebook Lead Forms on Facebook page

Hey guys does anyone know how to create facebook lead forms on your facebook page for free . Like the way you create normall posts?
Like this:

I know how to create them on facebook ads, but its only available for advertisements and therefore you have topage for it. <--

<-- i want to create the lead forms like this but not through facebook ads or paying ones.

Lead form works only in advertising

yea thats why i thought as well . I was just looking to see if there are any ways around it. Some of the ads are published on the pade as a post. However the "Sign Up " or "learn more" button goes to the link instead of the actual facebook lead format.

Leads forms are a feature of facebook advertising. You'll need to run fb ads to collect leads with those forms
