It was not the update... If you read correctly, noone here is talking about the 14th of Jan update. We'll all been affected before, either on 16th of Dec, 7th of Jan, or 11th of Jan. So it's not related to the Core update, but some kind of indexing bug... Hence the try to re-index our pages using a tool that seems to work better than GSC at the moment.

Maybe your identities leaked from SEO communities? Maybe some asshole used google docs with a spreadsheet of all his link sales clients and Google simply ran BAN SELECT * FROM FUCKING_SPAMMER_GOOGLE_DOCS_SPREADSHEET?
Ah, I forgot, Google does not use their own systems to protect themselves from spam on their most profitable product!

STOP LISTENING TO GOOGLE REPS. THEY WILL NOT, EVER, HELP YOU RANK USING ORGANIC SEO.
So on the one hand you say we deserve to get penalized for using this bulkurladder and on the other hand we shouldn't listen to Google?
