Depends on your skill set.I actually started from 2010 ,back then I use to resell things but earn like in 3 figures and my profit was hardly in 2 digits.That's why I mentioned only 3 years when I started earning good enough to mention it out here.
But back then I extracted niches what to work on and keep up with new things and now I earn like 4 figures a week.With not even a penny to give back to anyone.I hope you got the idea of what you can get out of this market.
Yes they do help in the start(with your 1st or 2nd gig,or dead gigs) after that its all your skill.
I have earned from people sharing knowledge out here and if only one guy starts earning with my help I will think I have paid my debt.

i posted 2 quora upvotes gig but got denied, on the second denied my account was subjected for review and all my current gig was rejected.. does anyone know when will this be fix?

Yes you can but only if he has given you a negative feedback on the basis of something wrong.If you haven't delayed his order and provided what was stated in your gig surely you can report it to fiverr and try to get it removed.
If you have delayed your order or haven't provided what you asked to provide in your gig then there is only one way to get it removed and that is through customer(making a deal with him).
You can also use bought reviews just to compensate whats done but its always for the worst case scenario.
You can start learning fiverr gigs and structures "How actually things work in real time" by offering gig that have a bit of knowledge .But you need to resell those gigs from a person you think is good with what you are offering. You will get a good idea of what skill level you need to reach to work on your gig yourself.
I have a question for you that when you stopped working on your gig were they on 1st pages of their keyword?
If yes you just need reactivate you account and lower down price of your gigs than your current competitors.Push some traffic to your gigs using ads on social media to related audience.Ask few people to buy 2-3 orders and 1-2 to review your gig.If done for every gig your account will be back on track.
Note:If you are missing something that your current competitors are doing like videos or something you need to look into it yourself than that's a must you need to do as well to get ranked again.Soon you will be back on track.Old accounts are good to work with on fiverr and I also suggest people to buy from old sellers.If you earn good reviews with good work you will cash your account age as well.
Upwork is great if you get your account verified and you need to follow their rules very strictly as they are notorious for closing your accounts.I would suggest newbies to start with fiverr and as they grow they can start working on upwork and exploring it.
In simple words its also a great platform.Recommended for experienced People but not for newbies.

I just want to warn you. I had a great account on Fiverr. Made a lot of money. One day, the account got banned. Why? I don't know They won't tell.
I lost everything I've built in one day. No one agrees to explain to me what I did wrong.
I was doing everything right. I got 200+ orders per day. Everything was white hat. Great reviews (more than 50K and 4 stars).
One day - it's all gone.
I've fired all my staff.
I lost all my income.
So why am I telling you that?
You can use Fiverr. Sure.
But never rely on one source. Don't invest in other platforms.
Build your own site and drive traffic there.
No one will shut you down.
My recommendation: Don't use Fiverr (as seller).

I will straight forward report that review to fiverr.Show them my work and my gig description.If they find my claim is right they will remove the negative review or tell me how my claim is wrong.

I am taking your question as you want to know that being active as a seller that shows the buyer the live sign while searching for a gig. If I am getting your point right, then yes, everyone wants to buy from a person who can start working on their work immediately. Use mobile app to stay online and allow notifications from it. This helps to keep an online status but do refresh it every now and then to make sure the live sign is up.

A WordPress website has over 75000 gigs on fiverr. Is there a chance of surviving in that kind of competition if that is your skill
