tvm77 Not Delivering Profile Manager browser product

Purhased Profile Manager lifetime account from Warrior Tools on 12/25 at 12:25PM PST:

Once I signed up, my account would not activate. Other people in the thread reported similar experiences. Basically, he's using an aMember site and subscriptions aren't getting attached to memberships during the checkout process.

Emailed support at [email protected] on 12/25 at 12:52PM PST and again on 12/29 at 8:05PM PST. Finally emailed on 12/31 at 2:40PM advising them that I would shitlist them if they didn't respond within 72 hours.

Also tried contacting via the webpage contact forms at http://diaboliclabs.com

I really don't want a refund, I just want my product, but I have no other option at this point.

@coug93 has made multiple endeavours to reach @tvm77 regarding their issue with tvm77's software, more specifically their account did not activate. Despite my own efforts to reach tvm77 with a PM on January 5th and a profile post on January 6th, tvm77 has yet to respond.

Information For The Accused
tvm77, you have 48 hours to respond to this shit list thread. If you do not respond within 48 hours, the decision will be made in favour of coug93 and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using support.blackhatworld.com only once you've either addressed coug93's (their request) or refunded them.

Please note that even in the event of a refund, you will also be required to maintain your marketplace threads. As this is now the second shit list thread that has opened against you in the last 6 months, I'm going to require you to update the contact information in your thread as your customers seem to not be able to reach you through it. Please note I'll waive the thread edit fee so long as you only update your contact information.

Unfortunately, @tvm77 has not been on the forum at all since January 8th. I've temporarily banned him for 1 week to see if that gets his attention again. The only reason I've opted to temporarily ban him is because I'm aware this is more of an issue with him reading any of your messages on and off of the forum as opposed to scamming and leaving the forum.
