    I bought one copy of this software via his website. Tried to log in via the desktop app "Invalid Username and Password". Whatever must've been a glitch so I sent him a message requesting a refund and rebought the program under a new account.

    Now I realize that the aMember portal isn't updating my subscription information. The user is not responding to me even though they have been online. In my books this is unacceptable and I am requesting a full refund for both orders.

    Summary of the Dispute
    @GoGuerilla has made multiple endeavours to reach @tvm77 regarding a refund as they could not use tvm77's software due to an issue with tvm77's platform. Despite my own efforts to reach tvm77 with a PM on October 24th, a 3-day temp ban, a profile post, and a post in their marketplace thread; tvm77 has yet to respond.

    Information For The Accused
    tvm77, you have 48 hours to respond to this shit list thread. If you do not respond within 48 hours, the decision will be made in favour of GoGuerilla and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using support.blackhatworld.com only once you've refunded GoGuerilla.

    Please note that even in the event of a refund, you will also be required to maintain your marketplace threads

    Information For The Accused (tvm77) & The Plaintiff (GoGuerilla)
    Please remain professional as name calling and insults will not be tolerated. Should GoGuerilla resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if tvm77 resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in GoGuerilla's favour.

    If anyone else has issues with this service, you may respond so long as you supply evidence in the form of screenshots, videos, etc.

    Your payments where still pending in our billing software (amember) that's why you could access the software, seems something went wrong between clickbank and amember
    All refunds are made by clickbank, and you can ask for a refund for 60 days.

    I have give you access manually to your account and you can now use the software

    My sincerely apologies, I have opted for trying selling with clickbank to avoid situations like this one, since they should manage well frauds, refunds and affiliates

    As I have no use for the software (had to purchase other ones) now I would like the refund.

    Not sure how I go about requesting that through clickbank. Can't you just reverse the charges through your PayPal?
