guys I have some questions i wanted to ask some SEO expert.
1. Does the keywords within the domain itself influence SEO a lot? (Example www.keyword.com Ex www.flightlowcost.com) Does such a domain help me a lot in positioning for low cost flights (www.flightlowcost.com)?
2. Does geographic domain influence SEO very much (Example www.keyword.paris.fr)? Does a keyword as a subdomain of a geographic domain increase SEO significantly?

I await clarification from an Expert

A greeting

1. Yes
2. In which location domain is hosted makes difference.
Example: Search on bing.no and bing.de are different for keywords.

That's called EDM, search for it and yeah it works nicely on Bing

You mean EMD?

Exact Match Domain...

OP, on one i believe it helps, but not as much az it used to, especially on google.

On two, a country-specific TLD will help you rank on that country's searches in the search results. You better have that country's language and host the website on a server in that country while youre at it.

You mean EMD?

EDM = (Exact Domain Match) it is the same!

Aaaaand that's not true, it does HELP on ranking on Google and i will go further and say BIG TIME, but you have to work on it, and if you wait for google to show your 1-month-old site first on the keyword on the domain name, yeah you Fucked boy! and if your going for it, be sure to search for how you build links for it, TO NOT land on so-called over-optimization;)

It might be the same, but EMD is more widely used. I wouldnt bet my life on it, but i believe so.

Ill disagree with you on that it helps big time. Having an emd does not help big time. 7 years ago when i registered on BHW it was all the rage, big big help. A few years later people started talking about it not helping at all anymore.

I take the middle position, and say it may help a little, and i leave it at that. Go for it if you can, dont worry about it if you cant.

Someone more experienced that me when it comes to SEO should chime in and set it straight.

Keywords in the domain do help with SEO, but I personally prefer a good brandable domain to one that doesn't sound natural. low-cost-flights.com looks too spammy, just by reading the name I'm assuming I'll land on a page full of text ads if I click on it. You can use one keyword though, like FlightExperts.com sounds better.

Had the same question and the answers will help me out as well thank you

Ill disagree with you on that

Matter of fact, I'm using as we speak and my site ranked with a trick I used on the first page on SERP! New domain, No Backlinks, a Medium Keyword difficulty!

A few years later people started talking about it not helping at all anymore.

I don't EVEN bother to hear or read what people shitty about, as i know they 100% don't want people doing what they are doing!

Literally i saw a couple of threads here from 2015-2015-2017 about different methods and they say it is saturated, BULL SHIT

i will leave it right here as i don't want to talk much, I'm that person who won't care about WORDS of others what they are saying rather i would jump and tries it!

The first part of your message sounds like a salespage.

The second part like a douchebag.

Cheers :)

First part: LMAO i had to, sorry:D, then WHAT report it, who cares

Second part: you are one of those who don't want people to know what is working OR your long "Expertise in SEO" seems not working !!!

EMD IS WORKING, your not better than others who tried it and had success with and one of them is ME seems your the one is a douchebag!

Cheers:)

1. Yes having keywords in domain name is effective.
2. TLD's doesn't influence ranking. If you're targeting particular country it is useful but not effective for international market unless your site has more credibility.
