After i top up with more than 226$ the order stuck for almost 24hours (on the description said stars after 0-5 hours) after almost 24hours the order cancelled I did order another Instagram followers service if this one also got cancelled i will ask to send my money back to my PayPal and i will never believe this panel all my life
