Hello my credit card was randomly charged $75 after a few months of not using this service and i didnt even receive an email from you guys that i was charged. I had to check my recent credit card transactions to find this out... I've cancelled it months ago and there shouldn't ever been an auto charge for a new month. I contacted one of the support people but he told me to wait until the team sorts it out. But tbh im not getting any emails back and i dont think it should take longer then a few days to even figure out why i was charged and why im not able to get my $75 at an instant.
