Buying new computer. Thoughts?

Last year i bought 3 computers. 2 of the ready made, and 3rd i bought components and put together. Now i need to get another one, the best one i ever had.

A person i know advised me on the components and stuff. But i wanna run it by yall to see if im missing anything important, some crazy incompatibility between the compoments i may run into, or something.

Here are the components I'm thinking of buying:

36 GB Ram ($250) - Kingston HyperX DDR4 32GB (2x16GB), 3200Mhz, CL17, XMP HyperX Predator (HX432C16PB3K2/32)

Ryzen 7 ($250) - AMD Ryzen 7 2700X, 8 Core (3,7GHz/4,3GHz turbo), 16 Threads, 4MB L2 cache, 16MB L3 cache, 105W, Wraith Prism RGB LED Cooler (AM4)

Box and power supply ($30) - Ms Industrial SOLDIER 500, sa napajanjem 500W (MS-500)

Motherboard ($100) - ASRock AM4 B450M PRO4 DDR4/SATA3/GLAN/2,1/USB 3,1

SSD ($60) - AData XPG 256GB SX8200 Pro, M,2 2280, PCIe Gen3x4 NVMe 1,3, 3500/3000MB/s (ASX8200PNP-256GT-C)

That's about $700 at best, and another $50 for monitor (second hand) + mouse + keyboard + graphics card (second hand). Let's say $800 total.

Give me your thoughts guys.

I would say spend a bit more on the power supply. I mean 500W should be fine with no GPU but i would still get an upgrade on that.

Thats a myth, a thing of the past.

Like it used to be German products are high quality and Chinese are shit. But today its not as true anymore.

Its still true. I bought a BMW in Germany made in Germany and I drove the exact same BMW in China made in China. The quality difference is enormous. I also saw it in many other german cars in China. The paradox is the cars are way more expensive in China, but the quality is far worse.

When you say better power supply, better how? More Watts? Better brand?

I'm gonna use it... not for video or photo creation/editing, not for running any heavy graphics programs, and not for gaming... I'm gonna use it to open a bunch of Firefox browsers and visit websites with them, and even the images are disabled on all the browsers so they never even load on the various websites being visited.

I wish I knew if a better graphics card would help me any, but with the current knowledge I have about all this, a graphics card only serves my purposes to display the computer on the monitor, so I don't really need a good one.

But the motherboard I'm thinking of buying:

Motherboard ($100) - ASRock AM4 B450M PRO4 DDR4/SATA3/GLAN/2,1/USB 3,1

That's what I'm stuck on. Not sure if it's good enough or if I should go for a better one............. i don't even know what would make a better motherboard other than it being more expensive

Then graphics is fine but better power supply. RAM and CPU will use it. Just to be safe, take a better brand and more watts like 650W.

Ok, so I decided to make a few changes, mainly because of the suggestions to get a better power supply, but also because I found a bit cheaper ram with the same specs and lower CL (the one in my OP is CL17 for $250, the one I found is CL16 for $200, everything else the same - GB, MHz, brand). It's my understanding that lower CL is better, so there we go.

I plan to order everything on Monday. I really hope I don't mess up on something stupid, like specs for motherboard/box, or any compatibility issues or something.

I did a calculation using some calculator I found online, and for my setup I should require about 570W according to the calculator, and the 600W power supply should do it. And I did cheap out a little bit on the power supply, but not entirely. I read mixed reviews about Chieftec power supply brand. The other low end options I had for PSUs are Zeus, MS Industrial, Njoy, LC, Falcon - and for these I found no mixed reviews, only bad ones.

Also the box has 2 spaces for fans on the side, which is the main reason I chose it. I will put 2 fans on it, for any help it will do. I can't get water/liquid cooling system now and I can't get some super expensive airflow specific box.

So anyway, that's where I'm at now. If anyone has anything to say, speak now

But I make allowances for stress while on this earth, so based on my needs and wants and availability and prices, it went up to about $800 dollars

So...

I ordered the Ram, the CPU, the Hard Disc, and the Box. Tomorrow I'll order the Motherboard and Power Supply, because the place I need to order from doesn't work until tomorrow. I'll also order the monitor and jump out get a mouse and keyboard tomorrow.

I'm stuck on the graphics card...

A guy told me to get a 2GB graphics card, but the guy I buy my graphics cards doesn't have any. The one he had was pcie x8, but I need pcie x16 to work properly. Then there's also ddr3 and ddr4 and ddr5 on the graphics cards, but I have no idea what those are and which to go for. Then I also like graphics cards that don't have a fan on them, but the guy I talked to told me it's very hard to get the type of graphics card that I need without a fan.

So I don't know, I'm stuck on the stupid graphics card. The one thing I couldn't care less about I gotta get stuck on.

Any help?
