How are these "raw" IPs if you are rotating them on your own? The point of raw proxies/IPs is that they behave exactly the same as the rest of the operator's IPs, if you are rotating them every X minutes you are creating a pattern and it's absolutely useless.
If an operator, let's say Vodafone, configures their network in a way that IPs are sticking to the device, and you start selling rotating IPs from the same pool, you are basically losing all the benefits that come with a mobile proxy.

Thanks for your input @SickRanchez that's not a bad assumption but allow me to explain to you how my service works

1. Every time you switch mobile data on/off you switch the IP so this is also a rotation.

2. Every operator (including Vodafone), rotates automatically once per day the IP, some of them 2-3 times.
