1) Is it good to use pagination on article (divide article on parts-pages 1,2,3,4) for adsense? When user is on the 1 page of article, adsense is not showing. But when he moved on next page 2 of article he can see adsense ads. But in that case the CTR will be small. I`m asking it because I see that my ads doesn`t appear on page 1 of articles often.
2) Is it bad if 95% of my traffic is social? Can it cause problem with disappearing ads on articles?

just one word does adsense still earns money for new commers i dont think so if u has huge site with good rank then only adsense is profitable now a days

Can you tell if its safe to display ads on pages with low content example a page with online tool ? All the content will be available on blog but visitors will be more interested in the tools i will be offering and including content on tools page will create distraction or ocuupy lot of space. i see many website displaying ads on such pages .

You mean, different payee name doesn't matter?
Does it mean you can receive payment through any bank account? Weird!

Banks in the UK currently do not check the payee name. They only look at the sort code and bank account number. This is meant to be changing sometime in 2020
