Non-responsive chaturbate whitelabel

Hi guys,

I noticed recently huge drop in my chaturbate earnings. I found out that my whitelabel became non-responsive on mobile devices, because 70% of my users coming from mobile I guess this is the reason. I am sure that it was working ok a few months ago. Suddenly doesn't. I have checked several competitor's whitelabels and they are working properly. Does anybody have similar experience?

I am talking about technical problem whitelabel stopped switching to their mobile version, I don't want to talk about user desires to spend money or not.

It has something to do with chaturbate alias vs subdomain. If I go to my whitelabel via my alias https://myalias.chaturbate.com I am able to get responsive view, but when I go to my whitelabel via https://mysubdomain.mydomain - website does not switch to responsive.

I haven't seen this issue so far and i don't exactly know what can be the issue. Are the DNS records set up properly for the subdomain? If you set up redirection, does it work?

Thank you fo reply, I have tried several variations and nothing work, I changed my subdomain several times, like cam.mydomain, cams.mydomain, camshows.mydomain, always the same, but I know it was working correctly at least 3 month ago. I guess something on their side. Well I guess I am lucky. I have sent them email, I hope anybody reply to me.

Chaturbate support don't give a shit about my emails, so I tried to create new whitelabel with exact same setup on my other domain. Result - it is working as expected, so something is wrong with my first domain at their side. I guess I am stuck here if they will not respond. It is really suck because I am running website with using their API and if my mobile users see crappy non-responsive whitelabel they go somewhere else.

Is there any chance Chaturbate support will respond? What are your experiences?
