Proxies working for Youtube view?

I am planning to build a Youtube view bot for generating watch hours. As I know the proxies is the hardest part to make the bot work. Do you guys know what kind of proxies working for Youtube views?
4g proxies is working for sure but they are too expensive to deal with.

There's some people providing watch hours by botting atm. I just want to know their proxies source to do that

Residential Proxies

Most residential proxies are charge by bandwitdh, which is very expensive to deal with watch hours... Any other idea?

ofcourse there should be a way to get proxies working. especially if they are private proxies and if you create views from aged youtube accounts, combined with the bot creating a human pattern while watching video etc. it should definitely work and be the only possible way and there is no way for yt to know if the bot randomizes its action and watches like a human
