Instaprimed down - Any other IG Email Scrapers???

Hi,

Instaprimed is no longer working after some new Instagram scraping update.

Does anyone know of a tool that works to scrape emails, phone numbers and other data from Instagram?

Or does anyone plan to build a working not for this?

Instaprimed is still working fine for me, the only thing broken in the last 2 weeks in it is that while scraping usernames via hashtags your scraping account get compromised after 5 minutes, but other features are doing ok no problem.

Hmm strange I read somewhere a different story. Do you know why they shut down their service if there isn't any issues?

I just went to buy a lisence and their site is down! Wish I got one sooner.

If you want business contact details (email / phone) you need to use the private mobile API as that information is not available via the website. For this you just need working accounts / proxies and the information is easy to scrape.
If you are just looking for emails in the bio, then you can do it via the website, however a couple or so months ago, IG made a change that an IP can only view 150-200 profile pages before being redirect to the login page. So for big scrapes you need lots of proxies. But the quality of proxy that works on the website is much lower than needed for the mobile API.

But if you have proxies (and accounts for mobile) then the scraping / extracting details is basic

You've been having this issue too? I've been scraping hashtags and keep getting PV'd or compromised after a little while

yeah now it's limited you scrape like 5k usernames from hashtags and the account get compromised, maybe the scraping bots need to add an option like a pause every 3 minutes so the account don't get compromised.

You can scrape emails with Scrapebox but you will have to configure it 1Thread X 1Proxy. because after watching 4-5 profiles you will be asked to login to IG to keep scrolling the platform. Just pool the requests over a group of accounts. 5k should be an easy scrape to perform.

Even with one account it shouldn't be a problem as you get a page of results per search request. If you were making an additional request to get full user_details for every results (so 5000 additional requests) then I would agree, but for just usernames, 5k should not be a problem (pausing most definitely required)

But again, if it is for you it is. But if you perform the scrape with 5 accounts, each account will request 1000 results and you should avoid the block

I used to scrape 100k+ usernames with hashtag search with no problems, now as I said I can barely get 5k usernames and the account get pv and compromised the scraping bots need to add a delay or something to prevent this, because insta primed for example don't have delay option.

iGram tool works really well althought it doesn't scrape more than 29k usernames. after that IG blocks the scraping...Keep in mind you need to scrape usernames first and then from those usernames can you scrape emails.

I've tried other tools but they all stop scraping at 5k or 10-13k usernames, iGram is the best so far that scrapes 29k.. but even that is not enough... If you want to scrape accounts that have 500k-1M+ followers you're never going to get there cause the limit is 29k max.

Why are you wanting a million results? Are the followers of this profile particularly good for what you need? Have you tested?

But you should be able to scrape much more than 29k with proper delays and pauses and get a lot more than that with pooling your requests across multiple accounts. If you just want a large number of results, and not particularly followers of the specified profile, look into different search that can feed into themselves

i.e.
scrape 100 followers
get 100 followers from each of above (10k)
get 100 followers from each of above (1 million)

Hey good question - So I run 5 ecomm stores in various different verticals and I wanted to test customer email/phone no. list targeting and LLAs in all of them and see if they perform better than my current Ad sets on Facebook.

This will work only in a few niches though and I'm mainly trying to use it for my store in the Travel accessories and gear vertical. I've identified some very legitimate travel influencers (100% organic growth since 2011) who have 2M+ followers and are being followed by mainly other travelers, backpackers and jet setters around the world. I would like to scrape the 2M+ users and then hopefully end up with 100k matched emails and phone numbers on Facebook. That will be very healthy data to feed to Facebook and create Lookalikes off of. - Which also explains why I don't want to pool requests across multiple accounts

It also helps that you can now set country targeting for Lookalikes on an Ad set level so I could just leave the targeting to worldwide and let the Ad set run globally to the audiences in the emails+phones+LLAs I scraped from the Instagram source. By doing this I just wanted to compare the numbers against the numbers I am doing on my other Ad sets. Hope this helps you understand why I am going for large scrapes without pool requests across multiple accounts.

1) scraping 2million followers from a single account is almost a 100% giveaway you are a a bot
2) if you want the profile details that is 1 extra request per result. So the search gives you 100 results per page, you then need to make 100 additional calls to get the data. So 101 calls instead of 1.
3) push that out to a million results and you see the issue.

Will it work though if you through enough accounts at it? Well, try and find out. unless someone has performed exactly that, no on can tell you. Personally I don't see the point. Many of those 2million results will be inactive, some probably are fake etc etc. I strongly believe in being more highly targeted and doing more with less.
