Thanks so much for that. Once 7 gets all the kinks worked out, you'll notice everyone jumping on that one. I've tried many variations to keep 7 from being a resource hog but even the latest version does it with 5 threads and I can use 80-100 easily on 6.44 with same computers.

Nope. None of the public proxies load for me. I am using 6.44.

Also have the bugs been fixed for Version 7?

I tried using 500 Threads with around 1500 Public Proxies, but the results obtained are still far from 500 Real time, only reaching 100 Users Online.

That truly depends on what proxies you use. Public Proxies are fine, but trying to get those numbers using only them isn't always very practical. Private proxies can help you get the exact type of numbers you are looking for "Real Time" in GA. I've been using Storm Proxies and with just 80 am getting great results that are tracking.
